Congrats to one of our favorite Monogram partners – New York-based interior designer Christine Baumann! You can find our earlier interview with Christine here.
Christine Baumann Interiors, LLC has won the 2015 Queens Chamber of Commerce Building Award for Interior Design. The design receiving the award was a rehabilitated residential home for a growing family in Belle Harbor, New York, that was severely damaged by Hurricane Sandy. The entire first floor and basement were rebuilt. A full suite of Monogram appliances was used in the kitchen design.
This year (2015) is New York’s Queens Chamber of Commerce’s 90th year for Annual Building Awards. Initially participation was only open to Architects and Builders, but four years ago the committee extended participation to Interior Designers. Christine Baumann Interiors, LLC has been honored to win three out of four years.
Hundreds of entries are submitted and judged by committee members, community leaders and peers. These entries range from newly constructed buildings to rehabilitated buildings to public spaces for use of commercial or residential dwelling.
Not only does this award bring recognition to a business, but it is a true distinction of community preservation and economic growth. Christine is truly honored to be a part of New York’s Queens Chamber of Commerce.
